We bring the scooter to your accommodation at 9:00 AM. Delivery is free in Centro, the airport area and Sarie Bay; for San Luis, La Loma or El Cove there’s a $30,000 COP logistics fee that you pay on site. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll arrange the exact spot on WhatsApp.
You return it at the same place, unless we agree on another one.

Things to know
- RequirementsThe driver must show a physical, valid motorcycle driver’s license (category A1 or A2, or its international equivalent) along with their original ID: without it, we can’t hand over the scooter. Up to 2 people per scooter, the driver and their passenger, each with their own helmet.
- Paved roads onlyRiding onto the sand or the beach is forbidden: it jams the wheels and damages the filters and the engine, and it leads to rescue, towing and cleaning charges that the customer pays.
- What to bringOriginal, valid motorcycle driver’s license (category A1 or A2, or its international equivalent). Original ID: national ID card or passport. Cash or card for fuel (you can pay the rental balance however you prefer). Sunglasses and sunscreen: the island sun is strong.
- Paying the balanceYou pay the balance to the operator when you receive the scooter: in cash, by bank transfer or by card, whichever you prefer. If you’re staying in San Luis, La Loma or El Cove, delivery costs $30,000 COP more, which you also pay on site.
- If the weather doesn’t allow the rentalIf the weather makes the rental impossible, we reschedule it for another day at no cost or refund 100% of your deposit, whichever you prefer.
