Things to know
- RequirementsNo experience needed, and you don’t have to know how to swim: before you go into the water, a certified instructor gives you a lesson, and the boards are wide and stable. The life vest is optional: anyone who wants one can wear it. Each person has their own board. Minimum age: 5; babies and children under 5 can’t do this activity.
- Photos and videos includedThe team takes photos and videos of you throughout the tour and sends them to you on WhatsApp by the next morning at the latest, at no extra cost.
- What to bringYour swimsuit on, or light sportswear that can get wet. Mosquito repellent, applied before you start: the tour is at dusk, close to the sea. A waterproof case if you want to take your phone into the water. A towel and dry clothes for the ride back to your hotel.
- Paying the balanceYou pay the balance to the operator on the day of the tour, before getting on the board: in cash, by bank transfer or by card, whichever you prefer.
- If the weather prevents the departureIf the weather makes it unsafe to go out on the water or DIMAR (the Port Authority) closes operations, we let you know right away and reschedule for another night at no cost or refund 100% of your deposit.
