Things to know
- Who it’s forThis is the option we most recommend for children and older adults: the pontoon is stable and safe, with room to walk around, comfortable seats and a roof to protect you from the sun.
- What to bringSwimsuit, comfortable clothes and a towel to dry off. Sunscreen (eco-friendly), sunglasses and a cap or hat. Bring your own, plus water shoes if you like. Cash for the port tax ($5,000 COP) and for lunch on the island.
- Payment at the dockPort tax: $5,000 COP per person, in cash, at the dock before departure; children ages 0 to 4 don’t pay it. With the special offer for two, from November 1 to 15, 2026, it’s already included in the balance: you don’t pay anything extra.
- If the weather prevents sailingIf DIMAR (the Port Authority) closes operations that day because of the weather, we let you know right away and reschedule your departure at no cost or refund 100% of your deposit.
