Things to know
- Who it’s forChildren ages 0 to 2 don’t pay: they take up a spot on the yacht, so include them when you book. From age 3, they pay the regular rate.
- Have dinner before you arriveFood isn’t included or sold on board: have dinner before you get to the dock. You can bring light snacks in your bag.
- What to bringLight, casual clothes that are comfortable for dancing; many people wear white, but it’s optional. Shoes without high heels: for maritime safety, heels aren’t allowed. Your ID for check-in at the dock. Cash for the port tax ($5,000 COP) and for anything you want to buy on board.
- Paying the balanceYou pay the balance to the operator at the dock on the day of the tour: in cash, by bank transfer or by card, whichever you prefer.
- Port taxSeparately from the balance, the port tax is paid at the dock: $5,000 COP per person, in cash, before departure. Children ages 0 to 4 don’t pay it.
- If the weather prevents sailingIf DIMAR (the Port Authority) closes operations that day because of the weather, we let you know right away on WhatsApp and reschedule your night out at no cost or refund 100% of your deposit.
