Experience requirements
Not every activity is for everyone, and we’d rather tell you before you book: each experience publishes its requirements (age, health, restrictions) on its own page, in the Things to know section.
The kinds of requirements you may find
- Age: some experiences have a minimum age (for example, scuba diving is for ages 10 and up) and others are suitable for all ages. Minors always take part accompanied by a responsible adult.
- Health: water or adventure activities may have restrictions (for example, pregnancy or uncontrolled heart and respiratory conditions). For scuba diving, you also can’t fly on the same day as the dive.
- Documents: carry your ID; in some cases a passport, permits for minors or a vaccination card are required.
- Behavior: except on the experiences that include drinks (open bar, adults only), drinking alcohol or using prohibited substances during the activity may get you excluded from the tour with no right to a refund.
Meeting the requirements is part of your obligations when you book: the general details are in our Terms and conditions, and the specific ones on the page of each experience.
