Before your experience: what you’ll see in Trips

What Trips shows you

• The time: what time to arrive at the meeting point or wait for pickup at your hotel, the departure, the duration and the return.
• Before your experience: if you’re picked up, you wait at your hotel with your ID at the time we confirm on WhatsApp; if you get there on your own, you arrive on time at the meeting point, with your ID.
• The balance: how much you pay each operator and how.
• The weather: what happens if the sea doesn’t allow departures.
• The map: the meeting point, with directions.

The day before

1. 1.Check the time and the meeting point in Trips or in your voucher.
2. 2.Read your experience’s “What to bring” section and get your ID, your swimsuit and your sunscreen ready.
3. 3.Have cash on hand for what’s paid separately (dock taxes, entrance fees or extras).
4. 4.Check your WhatsApp: your travel planner messages you with the final details.
