Find your booking details
Trips has everything about your bookings in one place: the date and time, the meeting point, the payment, the balance you pay on site, your voucher and how to reach your travel planner.
To open your booking
- Click the ☰ menu at the top right, then Trips.
- Upcoming trips shows the ones coming up; further down, Past trips.
- Click the booking to see its details.
- Tap Trips in the bottom bar.
- Find the booking in Upcoming trips or in Past trips.
- Tap it to see its details.
What you’ll find in the details
- Your experience’s timeline: what time to arrive or wait for pickup, the departure, the duration and the return.
- Before your experience: what you need to know for that tour (pickup at your hotel or getting to the meeting point, the balance and the weather).
- The map with the meeting point.
- Payment: the total, what you paid online and the balance you pay each operator.
- Download voucher (PDF), so you have it handy offline.
- Talk to your travel planner, which opens WhatsApp with your booking code.
If you don’t see your booking
- Check that you logged in with the same email you booked with.
- If you booked on WhatsApp with a different email, write to us and we’ll move it to your account.
- Bookings that weren’t confirmed and canceled ones appear at the bottom of Trips.
