Your voucher and the confirmation email
When your booking is confirmed, you get an email with your whole trip and the voucher attached as a PDF: the document you show on the day of your experience, with the date, the time, the meeting point and what you pay on site.
What the email includes
- Your itinerary, day by day, with the time of each experience.
- The important notices: what to bring, what time to arrive and what’s paid in cash at the destination.
- The payment summary: the total, what you paid online and the balance for each operator.
- The voucher as a PDF, attached.
What the voucher includes
- One card per experience, with the date, the time, the meeting point and a QR code that opens its location on the map.
- Your booking code and the lead traveler’s name.
- The amounts in the currency you booked in and, next to them, the equivalent in Colombian pesos, which is what you’re charged.
Where to find it
- In the confirmation email (check your spam folder if you don’t see it).
- In Trips, in your booking’s details: Download voucher (PDF).
Save it on your phone before you head out: some docks and beaches don’t have good signal.
