How your booking is confirmed
There are two ways to book on Exploria, and both end the same way: with your voucher in your email, including the date, the time, the meeting point and everything your experience includes.
If you book and pay online
- You choose the date, the time and the number of people, log in with your email and pay the deposit securely, on the platform; afterward, you fill in the travelers’ details in Trips (in Cartagena and Santa Marta, or if you pay for several experiences from your cart, you do this before paying).
- Once the payment is approved, your booking is confirmed instantly: there’s no one to wait for.
- The voucher arrives in your email with all the details; you can also see it in Trips, with your booking code.
If you’d rather be helped by a person
- Book on WhatsApp (+57 320 403 1707): a real advisor from the team, no bots, confirms availability with the operator.
- They guide you through paying the deposit to secure your spot.
- And they send the voucher to your email, with the same details.
