How to book an experience on Exploria
Booking on Exploria takes a couple of minutes: you secure your spot with a deposit and pay the balance on the day of the tour, directly to the local operator.
Step by step
- Explore the experiences and open the one you like: there you’ll see real photos, what’s included, the meeting point and reviews from other travelers.
- Tap “Show dates” and choose how many people are going, the date and the time. The spots you see are the ones available for that departure.
- Review the summary: it shows the breakdown with the deposit (what you pay today to hold your spot) and the balance (what you pay on site).
- Tap Book and log in with your email (you’ll get a 6-digit code, no passwords).
- Tap Pay to pay the deposit securely on Wompi: from the moment you open Confirm and pay, your spots are held for 20 minutes, and once the payment is approved your booking is confirmed instantly; afterward, you fill in the travelers’ details in Trips (in Cartagena and Santa Marta, or if you pay for several experiences from your cart, you do this before paying). If you’d rather be helped by a person, book with an advisor on WhatsApp.
What you need
- An email address to send your voucher to and a WhatsApp number for the instructions on the day of the tour.
- The deposit for the experience (you always see the exact amount in the summary before you confirm).
- To check the experience’s requirements (age, health, restrictions): they’re on the same page, under “Things to know”.
