Change the date or the number of people in your booking
Plans change, we know. There are no forms to change your booking: you write to us and a person from the team handles the change with you and with the operator.
Step by step
- Write to us on WhatsApp at +57 320 403 1707 (or at reservas@exploriia.com) as soon as possible: the more notice you give, the easier it is to rearrange your departure.
- Tell us what you want to change (the date, the time or the number of people) and the name you booked under.
- We check availability for the new date or time with the operator and confirm the change in the same chat.
If the new date you want has no availability and you decide to cancel, the Cancellation policy applies according to how much notice you give us. And in a documented personal emergency (illness, an accident or the death of an immediate family member), you can reschedule the experience or keep a credit.
