Ways to pay the deposit
The only payment you make before the tour is the deposit that secures your spot; you pay the balance on the day of the activity, on site. Here’s how to pay that deposit (we explain the full model in How it works).
Online, securely
- You pay the deposit on the platform through Wompi, Bancolombia’s payment gateway: debit and credit cards, PSE, Nequi, Bancolombia and Daviplata.
- The price is the same whichever method you use: the cost of processing the payment is already included and nothing is added when you’re charged.
- Exploria never sees or stores your full card details: they go directly to the payment gateway, which is PCI DSS certified.
- Once the payment is approved, your booking is confirmed instantly and the voucher arrives in your email.
With an advisor, on WhatsApp
- If you’d rather be helped by a person, book on WhatsApp: a real advisor confirms availability and guides you through paying the deposit.
- You pay exactly the same as online, and the voucher also arrives in your email.
