Prices are charged in Colombian pesos
Exploria’s prices are set in Colombian pesos (COP), the currency they’re charged in, and they’re per person (except for rentals, which are charged per vehicle, and 2×1 promotions, which are charged per couple). When you see From $X per person, it means the price varies with the number of people: when you get a quote for your date and your group, you see the exact amount.
If you’re paying from abroad
- The charge is always made in Colombian pesos: before you pay we tell you the exact amount in COP, and your bank applies its own exchange rate.
- You can pay the deposit with an international credit or debit card.
- In “Languages and currency” you can view prices in US dollars or Brazilian reais: they’re approximate, at the day’s exchange rate, and your booking, your email and your voucher will be in that currency; the charge is always made in pesos and your bank converts it to your currency.
What you always see before you pay
- The total for your booking, with the price per person already adjusted to your group. It’s the final price: it already includes the cost of processing the payment, with no surcharges when you pay.
- The breakdown between the deposit (what you pay today to hold your spot) and the balance (what you pay on the day of the tour, on site).
- What the experience includes and doesn’t include: services not included (optional entrance fees, extra meals, local taxes) are your responsibility and are listed on the experience’s page.
