The model for operators: you run the activity, we bring the travelers
Exploria is a marketplace: we connect travelers with verified local operators. You provide the activity — it’s your business and your specialty — and we provide the technology, the operations team and the promotion.
How the work is divided
- Exploria: your experience’s page (photos, availability and real reviews), managing the booking and the deposit, traveler support on WhatsApp and promoting the platform.
- You: you deliver the activity with the promised quality and safety, set real times, capacity and conditions, and look after the traveler on the day of the tour.
How the money flows
The traveler pays Exploria a deposit to secure their spot: that deposit is Exploria’s income as an intermediary. The balance, which is the value of your activity, is paid by the traveler directly to you on the day of the tour.
What you see of each booking
The Exploria team sends you the passenger list for each departure and coordinates with you on WhatsApp any change of date, of number of people or due to the weather.
There’s no employment relationship: you’re an independent partner. The relationship is one of intermediation, with an obligation of means, as set out in the terms and conditions.
