How the operator gets paid
As a partner operator, the payment for your activity doesn’t go through the platform: you receive it yourself, directly from the traveler, on the day of the tour.
How each booking is split
- The deposit: the traveler pays it to Exploria when booking. It secures the spot and is Exploria’s margin for the intermediation (technology, booking management, support and promotion).
- The balance: it’s the value of your activity. The traveler pays it to you directly on the day of the tour (for a rental, when they receive the vehicle), in cash, by bank transfer or by card, as they prefer.
- The total: it’s the price the traveler sees, always broken down into deposit and balance before confirming.
A transparent breakdown
The traveler sees the full breakdown — deposit, balance and total — before confirming, and their voucher states in Colombian pesos exactly how much they’ll pay on site. That way no one gets any surprises: neither they nor you.
You set the net value of your activity (what you charge on site) with your advisor when the experience is published. Since you collect the balance yourself on the spot, you don’t depend on later transfers or payouts from the platform.
