Quality standards for experiences
Trust is the heart of the marketplace: travelers book because what they see on the page is what they get at the dock. These are the rules every experience published on Exploria follows.
The rules
- Real reviews, never made up: only reviews from travelers who did the experience are published. If you don’t have reviews yet, your experience shows as new — and that’s fine.
- Real photos of your activity, not stock images.
- Honest information: duration, times, meeting point, capacity and requirements just as they are.
- Compliance with the published cancellation policy: if yours differs from the general one, it’s stated on the experience’s page and the condition most favorable to the consumer always applies.
- Safety first: if DIMAR closes operations due to the weather, the traveler chooses between rescheduling at no cost and a refund of their deposit.
Why we’re so strict
An inflated detail turns a booking into a complaint; an honest one turns it into a good review and travelers who come back. Also, as a registered agency we answer to consumer protection regulations: the full framework is in our legal documents.
