Special offers
Every now and then, an experience has a special price on certain dates: for example, a plan for couples. The offer is on the same experience as always, with the same spots, the same operator and the same way to book.
How to spot them
- On the home page and on the cards, the “Special offer” label tells you which experiences have one.
- On the experience’s page, a box shows you the special price, the dates it’s valid and the reference price.
- Under Conditions you’ll find all the fine print: the total, the deposit and the balance, how many people it’s for, the dates, the last day you can book, cancellation and weather.
How it’s applied
- The special price only applies when you choose a date in the offer and the number of people it’s for. On other dates, or with fewer people, you see the usual rate.
- If the offer includes something that’s normally paid separately (like a tax at the dock), the conditions and the summary say so.
- The offer disappears on its own when it ends, even if you have the page open.
What doesn’t change
The cancellation policy, the weather guarantee and everything the experience includes are the same as always. You can see each offer’s conditions before you pay.
