Rent a golf cart or a scooter in San Andrés
To get around San Andrés at your own pace, you can rent a golf cart (known on the island as a “mulita”) or a scooter. They’re charged per vehicle, not per person, and they’re delivered to your hotel.
How it works
- You choose the daytime rental or the 24-hour plan, and the date. Golf carts are chosen by how many people are going (2, 3–4 or 5–6 seats); scooters are for up to 2 people.
- The price is per vehicle and you can see it on each rental’s page. You pay a deposit online and the rest when you receive the vehicle.
- There’s a limited number of vehicles per day: the calendar shows you only the days with availability.
Delivery and return
- It’s delivered to your hotel at 9:00 AM. In Centro, the airport and Sarie Bay, delivery is free; in San Luis, La Loma or El Cove there’s an extra charge, which you can see on the rental’s page and pay on site.
- You pay the balance to the operator when you receive the vehicle: in cash, by bank transfer or by card, as you prefer.
- The return time depends on the plan you chose: it’s on the rental’s page and in your voucher.
What you need
- A valid driver’s license: for the golf cart, a car license (B1); for the scooter, a motorcycle license (A1 or A2).
- Your ID.
- To drive carefully and follow the island’s traffic rules.
The scooters are automatic. If you’d rather have someone else drive, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll help you with other options.
