Cancellations and changes
- More than 30 days before: 90% refund of what you paid.
- Between 15 and 30 days before: 70% refund of what you paid.
- Between 8 and 14 days before: 50% refund of what you paid.
- 7 days or less, or a no-show: the deposit is not refunded.
- Right of withdrawal: within the 5 business days after you book (if the experience hasn’t started), we refund 100%.
- If the operator has its own conditions, they are shown on the experience page and whichever is more favorable to you applies.
- To cancel or change the date, write to us on WhatsApp or at reservas@exploriia.com: the date of your request sets the percentage.

¿Dónde me recogen?
Pasamos por ti en hoteles ubicados en Bocagrande, Laguito y Castillo Grande. Si te hospedas en el Centro Histórico o zona norte, coordinamos un punto de encuentro cercano y seguro.
¿Es transporte solo terrestre?
Es un transporte mixto. Viajamos en bus hasta el puente de Barú y allí tomamos una lancha rápida (aprox. 15 minutos) para llegar directo a Playa Tranquila, evitando caminar largas distancias.
¿Qué incluye el almuerzo?
Disfrutarás de un almuerzo típico completo con opción de pescado frito, pechuga de pollo o vegetariano, acompañado de arroz con coco, patacones y ensalada.
¿Tengo cama de playa asegurada?
¡Sí! A diferencia de otros tours básicos, este plan te incluye el acceso al club de playa con derecho a uso de cama asoleadora o silla para tu comodidad.
¿Hay vendedores ambulantes?
Al estar en un club de playa privado, el flujo de vendedores es mucho menor que en la playa pública, garantizando mayor tranquilidad. Sin embargo, en la orilla del mar pueden transitar.
¿Pueden ir niños?
Sí, es un ambiente familiar y seguro. Los niños disfrutan mucho del mar y la arena. Recuerda que el trayecto en lancha es breve (15 min) y seguro.
¿A qué hora regresamos?
Salimos de la playa a las 3:30 PM para tomar el bus de regreso. La llegada a Cartagena es aproximadamente a las 4:30 PM – 5:00 PM.
