- More than 30 days before: 90% refund of what you paid.
- Between 15 and 30 days before: 70% refund of what you paid.
- Between 8 and 14 days before: 50% refund of what you paid.
- 7 days or less, or a no-show: the deposit is not refunded.
- Right of withdrawal: within the 5 business days after you book (if the experience hasn’t started), we refund 100%.
- If the operator has its own conditions, they are shown on the experience page and whichever is more favorable to you applies.

No, la tasa portuaria ya está incluida en el valor de tu pasadía. No tendrás cobros sorpresa al llegar al muelle.
¿Pueden ir niños?
Sí, Punta Arena es una playa tranquila y apta para familias. Los niños disfrutan mucho del mar y la arena blanca.
¿Puedo llevar comida o bebidas?
No se permite el ingreso de alimentos ni bebidas al club de playa. El lugar cuenta con restaurante y bar disponible.
¿Prestan toallas?
No, debes llevar tu propia toalla, protector solar y ropa de cambio.
¿El viaje en lancha es fuerte?
Es un trayecto corto de solo 10 a 15 minutos en aguas tranquilas de la bahía, por lo que el viaje es muy seguro y cómodo.
