Cancellations and changes
- More than 30 days before: 90% refund of what you paid.
- Between 15 and 30 days before: 70% refund of what you paid.
- Between 8 and 14 days before: 50% refund of what you paid.
- 7 days or less, or a no-show: the deposit is not refunded.
- Right of withdrawal: within the 5 business days after you book (if the experience hasn’t started), we refund 100%.
- If the operator has its own conditions, they are shown on the experience page and whichever is more favorable to you applies.
- To cancel or change the date, write to us on WhatsApp or at reservas@exploriia.com: the date of your request sets the percentage.

El punto exacto del muelle se coordina por WhatsApp una vez confirmada la reserva. Debes presentarte a las 7:30 AM para el registro.
¿Qué tipo de embarcación es?
A diferencia de los tours estándar, utilizamos un Bote Deportivo, que es más rápido, cómodo y seguro para navegar por las islas.
¿Qué incluye el almuerzo?
El almuerzo típico caribeño ofrece opciones de pescado frito, pechuga de pollo a la plancha o menú vegetariano, acompañados de arroz con coco y patacones.
¿Pueden ir niños?
Sí, es un plan familiar. Sin embargo, por ser un día largo (12 horas) y en lancha deportiva, recomendamos niños mayores de 4 años.
¿A qué hora regresamos?
El tour finaliza después del plancton. Estarás de regreso en la Torre del Reloj aproximadamente a las 7:30 PM.
¿Qué debo llevar?
Ropa de baño, toalla, protector solar, zapatos de agua (recomendados para snorkel) y efectivo para el impuesto y gastos extra.
