Cancellations and changes
- More than 30 days before: 90% refund of what you paid.
- Between 15 and 30 days before: 70% refund of what you paid.
- Between 8 and 14 days before: 50% refund of what you paid.
- 7 days or less, or a no-show: the deposit is not refunded.
- Right of withdrawal: within the 5 business days after you book (if the experience hasn’t started), we refund 100%.
- If the operator has its own conditions, they are shown on the experience page and whichever is more favorable to you applies.
- To cancel or change the date, write to us on WhatsApp or at reservas@exploriia.com: the date of your request sets the percentage.

Sí, Palmarito Beach es ideal para familias. Cuenta con piscina, zonas de sombra y playa tranquila para que los niños disfruten seguros.
¿Puedo llevar comida o bebidas?
No se permite el ingreso de alimentos ni bebidas. El club cuenta con restaurante y bar con precios accesibles.
¿Prestan toallas?
No, debes llevar tu propia toalla, protector solar y ropa de cambio.
¿El viaje en lancha es fuerte?
