Cancellations and changes
  • More than 30 days before: 90% refund of what you paid.
  • Between 15 and 30 days before: 70% refund of what you paid.
  • Between 8 and 14 days before: 50% refund of what you paid.
  • 7 days or less, or a no-show: the deposit is not refunded.
  • Right of withdrawal: within the 5 business days after you book (if the experience hasn’t started), we refund 100%.

¿Debo hacer ambas actividades el mismo día?

No es obligatorio. Puedes programar Playa Blanca un día y la Rumba al día siguiente. Si deseas hacerlo el mismo día, te recomendamos el pasadía (termina 3:30 PM) y luego la Rumba de las 7:00 PM o 9:00 PM.

¿Me recogen en mi hotel?

Para Playa Blanca SÍ te recogemos en cualquier zona turística de Cartagena. Para el Tour Bahía Rumbero, el transporte al Muelle de la Bodeguita corre por tu cuenta.

¿Qué incluye la barra libre?

Durante las 2 horas de navegación incluye Ron y Aguardiente ilimitado con sus mezclas (jugos y sodas). Las cervezas se venden por separado a bordo.

¿Debo pagar impuestos extra?

¡No! Esta promoción es especial: el impuesto de muelle (tasa portuaria) de la actividad nocturna ya está incluido en el precio de $160.000. Sin costos sorpresa.
