Cancellations and changes
- More than 30 days before: 90% refund of what you paid.
- Between 15 and 30 days before: 70% refund of what you paid.
- Between 8 and 14 days before: 50% refund of what you paid.
- 7 days or less, or a no-show: the deposit is not refunded.
- Right of withdrawal: within the 5 business days after you book (if the experience hasn’t started), we refund 100%.
- If the operator has its own conditions, they are shown on the experience page and whichever is more favorable to you applies.
- To cancel or change the date, write to us on WhatsApp or at reservas@exploriia.com: the date of your request sets the percentage.

El código es “Tropical Chic” o casual elegante. Se recomienda ropa blanca o de colores claros, fresca y cómoda. No se permite el ingreso en vestido de baño.
¿Dónde es el punto de encuentro?
El embarque se realiza en el Muelle de La Bodeguita (Centro Histórico). Debes presentarte a las 7:00 PM para el registro y show de bienvenida.
¿Pueden ir niños?
Sí, es un evento familiar. Los niños son bienvenidos y disfrutarán de la cena y el show. El consumo de alcohol está prohibido para menores.
¿La cerveza está incluida?
No, la barra libre incluye Aguardiente, Ron y Vodka nacionales. Cervezas y licores premium están disponibles para la venta a bordo.
¿Debo pagar impuesto de muelle?
No, la tasa portuaria ya está incluida en el valor de tu ticket para que no tengas gastos ocultos al llegar.
