- ID document · Bring it on the day of the tour; some operators and parks ask for it.
Cancellations and changes
- More than 30 days before: 90% refund of what you paid.
- Between 15 and 30 days before: 70% refund of what you paid.
- Between 8 and 14 days before: 50% refund of what you paid.
- 7 days or less, or a no-show: the deposit is not refunded.
- Right of withdrawal: within the 5 business days after you book (if the experience hasn’t started), we refund 100%.
- If the operator has its own conditions, they are shown on the experience page and whichever is more favorable to you applies.
- To cancel or change the date, write to us on WhatsApp or at reservas@exploriia.com: the date of your request sets the percentage.

¿Cuáles son los horarios de salida?
El tour tiene tres horarios diarios: 5:00 PM, 7:00 PM y 9:00 PM. El recorrido dura exactamente 2 horas en el agua.
¿Incluye la entrada a la discoteca?
Sí, al finalizar el tour te damos el cover de entrada para la Discoteca Taboo. No incluye el transporte del muelle a la discoteca (es muy cerca) ni consumo dentro de ella.
¿Desde dónde sale el tour?
Zarpamos desde el Muelle de la Bodeguita, ubicado frente a la Torre del Reloj. Al reservar te indicaremos el número de puerta exacto.
¿Cuál es el código de vestimenta?
Ropa fresca y cómoda para el calor de Cartagena (tropical chic). Recomendamos zapatos planos o sandalias bajas por seguridad en la embarcación.
¿Qué incluye la barra libre?
Incluye licor nacional ilimitado durante las 2 horas: Ron blanco o negro mezclado (Cuba Libre) y Aguardiente. No incluye cervezas ni cremas.
¿Qué tipo de música ponen?
La música es Crossover Caribeño: Reguetón, Champeta, Salsa, Merengue y Vallenato. El animador se encarga de integrar a todos los pasajeros.
¿Pueden ir niños?
El horario de 5:00 PM es más familiar. Los horarios de 7:00 PM y 9:00 PM son de ambiente rumbero adulto. Obviamente, los niños no aplican para la entrada a Taboo.
