Cancellations and changes
- More than 30 days before: 90% refund of what you paid.
- Between 15 and 30 days before: 70% refund of what you paid.
- Between 8 and 14 days before: 50% refund of what you paid.
- 7 days or less, or a no-show: the deposit is not refunded.
- Right of withdrawal: within the 5 business days after you book (if the experience hasn’t started), we refund 100%.
- If the operator has its own conditions, they are shown on the experience page and whichever is more favorable to you applies.
- To cancel or change the date, write to us on WhatsApp or at reservas@exploriia.com: the date of your request sets the percentage.

¿Incluye la entrada al Castillo o La Popa?
No, el ticket cubre el transporte y las caminatas guiadas. Las entradas a museos o monumentos se pagan por separado en la taquilla de cada lugar.
¿Dónde puedo tomar el bus?
Puedes abordarlo en la Torre del Reloj (punto principal) o en cualquiera de las paradas señalizadas en Bocagrande y Centro Histórico.
¿El ticket sirve para todo el día?
Sí, el boleto es válido por 24 horas consecutivas desde el momento de tu primer uso, permitiéndote aprovechar todo el horario de servicio (9AM – 4PM).
¿En qué idiomas está la audio guía?
Contamos con sistema de audio en 6 idiomas: Español, Inglés, Francés, Alemán, Italiano y Portugués. Te entregamos audífonos al ingresar.
¿Es apto para sillas de ruedas?
Sí, nuestros buses cuentan con rampa de acceso y espacio reservado en el primer piso para personas con movilidad reducida.
¿Incluye almuerzo?
No, la alimentación no está incluida. Sin embargo, al bajar en las paradas encontrarás excelentes opciones de restaurantes que podemos recomendarte.
