Cancellations and changes
- More than 30 days before: 90% refund of what you paid.
- Between 15 and 30 days before: 70% refund of what you paid.
- Between 8 and 14 days before: 50% refund of what you paid.
- 7 days or less, or a no-show: the deposit is not refunded.
- Right of withdrawal: within the 5 business days after you book (if the experience hasn’t started), we refund 100%.
- If the operator has its own conditions, they are shown on the experience page and whichever is more favorable to you applies.
- To cancel or change the date, write to us on WhatsApp or at reservas@exploriia.com: the date of your request sets the percentage.

El embarque se realiza en el Muelle Turístico de La Bodeguita, frente a la Torre del Reloj. Te recomendamos llegar a las 4:30 PM para el registro.
¿Pueden ir niños?
Sí, este tour es apto para todas las edades. El ambiente es relajado y familiar durante el atardecer.
¿Puedo llevar comida o bebidas?
No se permite el ingreso de bebidas ni alimentos. El barco cuenta con servicio de bar y venta de snacks a bordo.
¿El barco tiene baños?
Sí, contamos con baños separados para damas y caballeros, amplios y en perfecto estado de limpieza.
¿Qué tipo de música hay?
Música ambiental crossover (Salsa, Merengue, Vallenato, Reguetón suave) que permite conversar y disfrutar del paisaje.
¿Es accesible para sillas de ruedas?
El acceso al muelle tiene rampas, pero el ingreso al barco puede requerir asistencia para sillas de ruedas. Nuestra tripulación siempre está dispuesta a ayudar.
