Right of withdrawal: 5 business days

How it works

• The window is the 5 business days following your online booking (Article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011, the Consumer Statute).
• It doesn’t apply if the experience has already taken place or started with your agreement before the window ends.
• The refund is 100% of what you paid and is made within 15 calendar days at most (Law 2439 of 2024), to the same payment method you used.

To use it

1. 1.Write to us within the window on WhatsApp at +57 320 403 1707 or at reservas@exploriia.com.
2. 2.Give us your booking code and tell us you want to exercise your right of withdrawal.
3. 3.We confirm the cancellation and the refund.

After the window

Once the 5 business days have passed, the cancellation and refund policy applies, with its tiers according to how far in advance you cancel.
