    You pay for everything up front: the recipient doesn’t pay a deposit or a balance for anything the gift voucher includes.

  • A year to enjoy it

    The recipient chooses any date they like within one year of delivery, subject to each experience’s availability.

  • With their name and your message

    Choose the design and write a few words. Is it a surprise? The gift voucher comes to you so you can give it to them.

    Tell us who it’s for

    Their name and email. If it’s a surprise, the gift voucher goes to your email.

    Make it personal

    The card design and your message, with the card right in front of you.

  4. Step 4

    Pay through an advisor

    You send your gift voucher on WhatsApp; an advisor confirms the amount and sends you the payment link for 100% of it.

  5. Step 5

    Their gift voucher arrives

    As a PDF, with its code. To use it, they message us, choose the date and get their confirmation.

Your gift voucher

Add one or more experiences. You can combine all three destinations in a single gift voucher.

Things to know

The gift voucher terms, clear from the start.

  • Valid for one year

    From the date it’s delivered. Splitting it across several uses doesn’t extend the expiration date, and if it expires unused, its value isn’t refunded.

  • What it covers

    The experiences in the gift voucher, for the people it includes, fully paid, even if their price goes up during the year. It doesn’t include flights, hotels or anything each experience says isn’t included.

  • In the recipient’s name

    It can be passed on to someone else: just let us know on WhatsApp before booking the date.

  • The date, subject to availability

    They message us with their code, choose the day, and we send them their confirmation with the voucher.

  • What if the recipient wants a different experience?

    The recipient can, using their gift voucher’s value: if the new one costs more, they pay the difference; if it costs less, they keep the rest for another one within the same year.

  • Refunds

    Within the 5 business days after you buy it, if it hasn’t been used, we refund 100%. After that, there are no cash refunds.

What does the gift voucher include?

The experiences you chose, for the number of people you chose, fully paid: the recipient doesn’t pay a deposit or a balance for those experiences.

Can I give more than one experience or destination?

Yes. You can combine experiences in San Andrés, Cartagena and Santa Marta in a single gift voucher.

How do I pay for it?

On WhatsApp: an advisor confirms the amount and sends you a payment link for 100% of it. You’re charged in Colombian pesos.

When and how does the recipient get it?

Once your payment is confirmed, we send the gift voucher as a PDF to their email, or to yours if it’s a surprise.

How does the recipient use it?

They message us on WhatsApp with their code, choose the date based on availability, and we send them their confirmation with the voucher.

How long is it valid?

One year from the delivery date.

Can it be refunded or passed on to someone else?

We refund 100% within the 5 business days after you buy it, if it hasn’t been used. And yes, it can be passed on to someone else: just let us know on WhatsApp.

What if the price of the experience goes up?

The gift voucher covers the chosen experiences even if their price goes up during the year.
